We are currently accepting waitlist registrations for After School Care for students from schools outside of S.A. Cawker. As we grow, we’re exploring the possibility of expanding our pickup routes to include additional schools. Families on the waitlist will be contacted if and when space and transportation become available.

Starting a new program and adjusting to routines and expectations can sometimes be difficult for children (and their parents). At Playville Kids, we work closely with each child and their family to make this transition as smooth as possible. However, sometimes despite everyone’s best efforts, things may not work out. That is why we offer a 2-week pre-paid trial period for all new After School Club enrollments.

This period is a prepaid timeframe during which children, parents, and our staff have a chance to get to know each other, become comfortable in the program, and assess how well the child is adjusting. At the end of the trial period, families are under no obligation to continue with the program if they are not satisfied or feel their child is not happy.

If the trial period goes well, families may choose to continue on a month-to-month basis.  30 days’ notice is required for withdrawal from After School Club once the month-to-month basis begins.

At Playville Kids, we use the Brightwheel app to keep parents seamlessly connected to their children’s after-school experience. Through Brightwheel, families receive real-time updates, including sign-in/sign-out notifications, daily highlights, messages from staff, and important announcements. The app also allows parents to communicate directly with our team, ensuring a smooth and transparent flow of information each day. Brightwheel is an essential tool that helps us maintain safety, accountability, and strong family partnerships within our After School Club.
