Our space is thoughtfully designed to engage and delight children of any age. For the littlest explorers, we offer cozy, safe areas where they can discover or rest peacefully. Toddlers will love our specially designed zone perfect for crawlers and early learners, while older kids can dive into our exciting multi-level play structure, ideal for running, climbing, and letting their imaginations soar!

Playville Kids members enjoy immediate savings compared to pay-per-play visits. In addition, you will also receive a 15% discount on Flamingo party packages (up to twice a year for annual memberships or once during your month of membership). Enjoy access to special offers and promotions on snacks, drinks, events and merchandise. And, 1 free coffee/tea/specialty beverage during each visit.

At our facility, we offer a variety of food and drinks to satisfy all ages! For the kids, we have crowd-favorites like fruit snacks, granola bars, and chips, alongside healthier options such as apple sauce, yogurt, and cheese strings. For those with a sweet tooth, we have special treats like chocolate bars and muffins. We also cater to adults with a selection of dried fruit/nut & cheese combos, protein and low sugar granola bars, energy and protein drinks, premium coffee and tea, ensuring there’s something tasty for everyone to enjoy during their visit!

At Playville Kids, we require that parents or guardians supervise their children at all times. While our space is designed for fun and exploration, we are not a licensed childcare facility, and our staff isn’t responsible for direct supervision. An adult over the age of 18 must be present to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in their care, so everyone can enjoy their time to the fullest!

At Playville Kids, we keep things simple and fun! Admission is available only on a first-come, first-served basis when you arrive, so we can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. This means you can’t purchase tickets ahead of time, but we promise a fantastic playtime awaits you and your little ones.

Absolutely! At Playville Kids, socks are a must for everyone—whether you’re zooming around or just relaxing. Please leave all footwear at the front entrance and wear socks once you’re inside. If you don’t have socks with you, don’t fret! We have both child and adult sizes available for purchase at a small fee. Thanks for helping us keep Playville Kids clean and safe for everyone!

Yes, our facility is fully insured. We have both property and liability insurance to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
